GENERAL- Depending on the order, commissions can take 1-2 weeks or 1-5 months. If the client has a preferred due date or ETA they must be upfront about it. There are sometimes delays that can postpone my progress (no internet, heat waves).- Commissions are accepted via Google Forms, Ko-Fi and Twitter DMs- Returning clients who've commissioned me 3 times will be given a 15% OFF discount upon next order- I have the right to refuse your commission request- I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless stated otherwise- I have the right to draw personal work while doing your commission- Please provide pictured references. If the client does not have a non-shaded reference, please provide a hex code sheet- Updates on each progress will be given (Feel free to ask for updates!)

PRIVACY- Please do NOT disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken- Clients have the right to ask for confidentiality regarding their commission, such as when sharing an example or portfolio piece.

COPYRIGHT- Do NOT claim my work as your own- Copyright belongs to and remains with me- Please let me know if you don't want me to post your commission beforehand.- Please credit me as @shyhorrors in your bio, twitch panel, tweets, about page, etc when posting my commission- Do not reproduce or redistribute my work (reselling) without my permission- Do not mint/sell the commission work for NFT or legal action will be taken. Commissions can also not be used or edited with AI-Generated art.

PAYMENT & COMMERCIAL FEES- Mode of Payment: Ko-Fi or PayPal via Invoice- Payment is upfront or after sketch. If the order goes above $95 the client is allowed a 50/50 payment plan (50% upfront/after sketch, 50% before the final product is given)- Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity. Starting price range will be stated in each commission info.- Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in: Twitch, Youtube & TikTok- Regarding commercial use, some commission options already come with commercial included (Live2D Models, Emotes, Twitch panels)- Commercial use: +30%- Merchandise: Twice of the original price + 30%

MAJOR REVISIONS / REFUNDS / CANCEL- Refunds will be discussed if I physically cannot finish your commission (i.e: Me getting into an accident & broken equipment)- Major design changes that's entirely different to the original order will be considered as a new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price- For canceling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues.- Refunds will be discussed only when an order is 12 months overdue.
